The chef Andoni Luis Aduriz, creator of the restaurant Mugaritz, is the creator and head of the  healthy nutrition kitchen and diet of their guests in the elegant setting of the Healthouse Las Dunas restaurant. The concept of nutrition is based on a new form based on combining elite and creative cuisine with a nutrient and dietary food with regional products. The gourmet Healthouse program is based on a sophisticated concept of new culinary to achieve their personal goals and increase their welfare and quality of life techniques. The joy of tasty, balanced and healthy food is part of our philosophy, we would like to share with success and high level with you.

The Basque chef Andoni Luis Aduriz (2 stars Michelin) had already done work in this direction including his work in the Senifood project or work with nutritionists AZTI Tecnalia to create the nutritional profile of their menus in Mugaritz.

Aduriz was part of the team of El Bulli between 1993 and 1994, being a worthy disciple and successor of Ferran Adrià.
